Terms of Service

Effective Date: August 30, 2026 • Last Updated: October 9, 2026

Welcome to Aetherr Advisory LLC ("Aetherr", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website (aetherr.pro), our professional advisory and systems consulting services, and our Colorado notary services.

By accessing our website, booking an appointment, submitting an inquiry, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not access or use our services.

1. Professional Advisory & Systems Consulting

Aetherr provides executive technology advisory, systems architecture, operational consulting, and AI/automation services.

  • Scope of Work: All advisory engagements are defined by a mutually agreed proposal, statement of work, or sprint agreement outlining deliverables, timelines, and fees.
  • Independent Contractor: Aetherr operates strictly as an independent contractor. Engagements do not create an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship.
  • Consultative Nature: Advisory guidance represents our professional assessment and industry experience. Clients retain ultimate business decision-making authority regarding their operations, personnel, and systems implementation.

2. Mobile Notary Services & Statutory Compliance

Notarial services are performed in accordance with the Revised Uniform Law on Notarial Acts (RULONA), Colorado Revised Statutes (C.R.S. § 24-21-501 et seq.).

Notice: Not Licensed to Practice Law (C.R.S. § 24-21-525)

Aetherr Advisory LLC and its commissioned notaries are not licensed attorneys and are strictly prohibited by Colorado law from giving legal advice, drafting legal documents, selecting legal forms, or advising on rights and obligations. If you require legal advice or document preparation, please consult a licensed attorney.

  • Statutory Notary Fees (C.R.S. § 24-21-529): The statutory fee for any notarial act in Colorado is capped at $15.00 per notarial certificate.
  • Travel & Convenience Fees: In accordance with Colorado law, mobile travel, coordination, and appointment fees are quoted and agreed upon with the client prior to travel. Travel fees are separate from statutory notarial certificate fees.
  • Signer Identification: All signers must present an unexpired, government-issued photo identification (such as a Colorado Driver's License, US Passport, State ID, Military ID, or Permanent Resident Card) bearing a photograph and signature as required by law.
  • Willingness & Competency: Notaries are required by law to verify that signers appear mentally competent, aware, and signing freely without coercion or undue influence. A notary reserves the right to decline service if legal requirements are not met.
  • Arrival & Cancellations: Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with reasonable advance notice. If a notary travels to an agreed location and the signing cannot proceed due to missing ID, unavailable signers, or last-minute cancellation, the agreed mobile travel fee remains due.
