A 4-day, all-inclusive luxury working getaway set in a private Colorado mountain estate. Private chef dining, breathtaking alpine views, and two full days of live hands-on engineering side-by-side with Laurren Kanner (~10 yrs Google TPM). You return with custom transaction workflows and production AI pipelines running live in your business.
This is not an echo chamber of generic motivational speeches, sponsored sales presentations, or brokerage recruiting. It is a focused engineering sanctuary designed for serious producers who want to own their operational edge.
Capped at 10 participants to guarantee high-bandwidth collaboration. You work alongside true top producers facing identical scaling hurdles, fostering deep peer relationships that last well beyond Sunday.
No abstract slide decks or to-do lists you never get around to. We configure your Follow Up Boss, GHL, Lofty, and document processing systems live on screen. You leave with production software already running.
Private executive suites in an exclusive Colorado estate, gourmet meals prepared live by an on-site private chef, sommelier-curated wine pairings, and alpine wellness so you can think clearly without distraction.
Every hour balances focused technical execution with comfortable hospitality and unhurried conversation.
Your seat includes luxury estate lodging, all private chef meals, wine pairings, curated excursions, two full days of direct hands-on systems architecture with Laurren Kanner, and 30 days of asynchronous calibration once you return home.
Because each retreat is strictly limited to 10 operators, admission is by waitlist only. When dates and locations are finalized each quarter, waitlist members receive private registration access before public notice.
